I made this piece after seeing “GLADIATOR” and being very impressed with the movie.
He is a humanism character who is very strong but also very deep inside at the same time.
This is the scene where after the battle, he has all these feelings and memories.
I thought that this scene represents his inner image the best.
That is why I decided to make this scene into 3D.
I believe that 3D characters should contain feelings.

영화 '글래디에이터'에서 막시무스(러셀크로우)는 가족을 끔찍히 아끼는 영웅으로 등장한다.
'라이언 일병구하기'의 주인공이 학교 선생님이었듯이 막시무스도 그와 비슷한 캐릭터이다.
강한 면모를 보이지만 다른 면으로 심성이 부드러운 캐릭터 말이다.
나는 이 장면이 그의 내면 이미지를 가장 잘 나타낼거라 생각했다.
전쟁터에서 전투가 끝난 다음, 막시무스의 표정에는 모든 감정과 추억이 교차를 하고 있다.
그래서 이 장면을 3d로 만들기로 했다.
